“I’ve been to several crossfits all over Brea, Yorna Linda, la Habra and Fullerton and Super Human Crossfit is by far the most attentive to any level of people who want to step their game up to the NxtLvl. Everyone here is super Koo and are always more than happy to school you up on anything, what’s Koo is you don’t have to feel embarrassed if you don’t know the “Crossfit language” Andy and Joe are super Koo peeps but I personally enjoy training w Joe, not only is he serious when it comes to putting in werk but is also a super funny Koo dude to bs w after the WOD(work out of the day) while cooling down. They are also always playing the right tunes so no headphones needed here either. Highly recommend this spot”
