We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your NXTLVLFit training. Our coaches are NXTLVLFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, fitness, nutrition and first aid. Always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will acquaint you with our state of the art NXTLVLFit equipment, gym and facilities.
Years ago I was looking for a personal trainer to help me with motivation to exercise and lose weight. My husband hired owner Joe Herrera because of his knowledge and expertise in fitness training, and I have since followed him to his current location. I have seen many trainers in other gyms that really don’t know what they are doing but Joe’s degree in Health Science helps him lead his athletes in taking their workouts to the next level. I had never done a Crossfit workout before but now I’m stronger than ever and have exceeded many personal records in my own fitness journey. Workouts are scaled for all fitness levels; they also offer seminars in nutrition and mobility/flexibility. Someone told me a few months ago that someday I would be doing crossfit, I wouldn’t believe them! I was quite intimidated first because it looks difficult, but the trainers of Superhuman Crossfit guide you through the entire thing. It’s actually really fun and not scary as I thought it would be. I was surprised what my body could do after the first time I tried crossfit and I’ve only gotten better since. Over the course of many sessions, the intensity of my work outs have increased and I’ve never felt stronger.The trainers here are super awesome and even though it’s a “class” so to speak, it feels very personalized because they work with you directly as well. Also a cool thing about this crossfit is that people of all ages come and there’s no gym-timidation at all! Bring your A game and get ready to sweat–you’ll walk out of this gym feeling like a superhuman!

I’ve been to several crossfits all over Brea, Yorna Linda, la Habra and Fullerton and Super Human Crossfit is by far the most attentive to any level of people who want to step their game up to the NxtLvl. Everyone here is super Koo and are always more than happy to school you up on anything, what’s Koo is you don’t have to feel embarrassed if you don’t know the “Crossfit language” Andy and Joe are super Koo peeps but I personally enjoy training w Joe, not only is he serious when it comes to putting in werk but is also a super funny Koo dude to bs w after the WOD(work out of the day) while cooling down. They are also always playing the right tunes so no headphones needed here either. Highly recommend this spot.Irving O.Elite Barbers
